My collaboration with Luc began in 2018, a pivotal year for me, indeed, I fell heavily. I needed to revive myself after this episode.  

We reworked the basics of physical preparation, and Luc introduced me to new facets of this activity. Regarding training, I learned a new method and approach which allowed me to be in the pace of races quite quickly in the season. Thanks to this work, I was able to be sectioned at different stage races and run with the 1st category.  (A great discovery for me) 

We also covered topics like nutrition and racing tactics. Without forgetting a discipline that is close to my heart against the clock. 

At each debriefing, there was a real exchange between us. The feedback and advice that Luc was able to give me was very constructive for me. 

I really appreciated Luc's professionalism. Thank you again for everything you have given me during this time of collaboration!

I practice ski-mountaineering as an amateur while trying to juggle with my job as a ski patrolman. It's hard to do everything : work, training, competitions... At Luc's side during a sport season, he knew how to take into account all my constraints. He reconciled my trainings, according to my work while proposing me rests. We worked more on quality than quantity in order to make time for breaks. The nutritional advice was beneficial. This collaboration was fruitful because the results were positive, the work days efficient, and a season without injuries. I was able to live a Pierra Menta and the French Cups in the best conditions
